You may cancel your service at any time for any reason by giving us a thirty day (30) notice.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to accounting@zopmedia.com. Cancellation requests will be not accepted via phone.
Requests must be sent from the original email address you have on file during your sign up with Zop. Your email address is the only method our team can verify that you are the owner of the account. All requests sent from an email that is different from the original sign up email will not be processed.
